The studio operates 24/7 by prior confirmed reservation.
Rental before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM is subject to a surcharge of +300 CZKper started hour.
Minimum rental time is 1 hour; minimum extension is 30 minutes. Extensions are possible only if there are no bookings after your slot.
The rental start time is the reserved time, not the actual shooting start time.
Please plan your session including preparation, set-up and dismantling of props, décor and equipment.
If you plan to have more than 6 people on set, please inform us at the time of booking.
If any special effects are planned (oil, confetti, glitter, paint, etc.), you must inform us in advance when booking.
Rental time ends 5 minutes before the end of the paid hour. By that time the hall must be fully vacated. These 5 minutes are needed for handover, inspection, possible cleaning, ventilation and preparation for the next clients.
Cancellations or changes are allowed no later than 24 hours before the rental start.
The rental area is the hall you selected, not the entire studio. Access to other halls is not allowed, and storing equipment or personal items at reception or in other halls is prohibited.
Only clean indoor shoes are allowed inside the halls.
Studio management is not responsible for personal belongings left at reception.
If you still leave items at reception, the manager may move them if they disturb other guests.
Maximum number of people per hall:
SMALL — max 7; KITCHEN — max 8; CYKLA — max 20.
If you exceed these limits, you must rent additional halls for the same time slot or rent the entire studio.
Reception may be included only when renting the entire studio. Otherwise, catering, make-up and storage at reception are not allowed. Everything must remain inside your rented hall.
Set-up and dismantling of any equipment, props and décor are included in your rental time. Please plan accordingly.
The studio manager is not obliged to clean after you. All cleaning must be done within your rental time; otherwise a fine from 1,000 CZK may be charged.
After the rental, the hall must be returned in the same condition and cleanliness as received.
The renter is fully responsible for all props and equipment. In case of damage, the renter must cover the costs as agreed with studio management.
All equipment must be reserved in advance.
The rental price includes equipment from available positions, 4 lights of your choice (continuous or flash) and 4 backgrounds.
Each additional available light source or background is charged at 200 CZK per item.
During workshops, a maximum of 2 photographers may shoot at the same time, otherwise flashes may not recharge fast enough.
The studio manager can help with basic setup of flashes and studio equipment, but is not a specialist for configuring all camera and video camera brands and models.
Please handle equipment with care. In case of damage to lights, flashes, backgrounds, stands, modifiers, etc., management may charge a fine from 500 CZK depending on the damage.
Access to the cyclorama is allowed only barefoot or with taped shoes (all soles must be taped with masking tape, even new shoes). Masking tape and scissors are provided by the studio manager.
Access to the cyclorama with untaped shoes is possible for an additionalfee of 1,000 CZK.
It is forbidden to touch or step on the cyclorama if you use body oil or any greasy cream.
It is forbidden to step on the cyclorama curve (radius).
In case of cyclorama damage, management may charge a fine from 1,000 CZK depending on severity.
Dancing on the cyclorama in high heels is allowed only with an additional fee from 1,000 CZK and only at the end of the studio working day with no subsequent bookings. Cyclorama repainting/renovation requires at least 2 hours considering paint drying.
If oil is used, please do not lean on the walls, do not lie on the floor or cyclorama, and avoid contact with furniture and other interior items.
If you need to use any special effects on site, you must inform us in advance when booking.
Special effects include (but are not limited to): oil, confetti poppers, flour, sparklers, glitter, paint, feathers and similar effects.
Cleaning after special effects may take much longer than expected. Open fire is strictly prohibited in all halls.
Confetti poppers may be used only for rentals of at least 2 hours. You must allocate approximately 30 minutes within that time for cleaning.
Confetti is difficult to remove with a vacuum cleaner or broom and usually requires manual cleaning.
Please do not use confetti at the very end of your rental and consider the next guests. The next client is not required to accept a hall with confetti leftovers.
After the rental, the hall must be returned in the same condition and cleanliness as received.
The studio manager is not obliged to clean after you. All cleaning must be done within your rental time; otherwise a fine from 1,000 CZK may be charged.
If oil is used, please do not lean on the walls, do not lie on the floor or cyclorama, and avoid contact with furniture and other interior elements.
Oil is extremely difficult to remove from surfaces; even after repainting it may remain absorbed and affect the result. Oil stains on furniture can be difficult to remove even with professional cleaning.
Therefore, please remove body oils, self-tan products and greasy creams before shooting, or avoid contact with the cyclorama, walls, floor and furniture.
If additional cleaning, professional cleaning service or repainting is required after your rental, management may charge a fine from 1,000 CZK depending on the scope and time spent.
A make-up station is available in each hall and is included in the rental price.
A make-up station can be booked separately for 200 CZK per hour if one of the halls is available.
Moving the make-up table is allowed only with the manager’s approval.
Make-up at reception and in common areas is prohibited.
If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance when booking.
No pet fee is required, but please be attentive and keep the studio clean.
To prevent issues, pets must not sit or lie on soft surfaces (furniture, blankets, fabric backdrops).
Please make sure no pet hair is left behind.
Pet hair cleaning must be done by you within your rental time.
If a mess remains and/or any props or interior elements are damaged after your rental, management may charge a cleaning or repair fine.
If your pet is not part of the shoot and is only on site, you are fully responsible for supervising and caring for the pet.
Studio management is not responsible for personal belongings left at reception.
If you still leave items at reception, the manager may move them if they disturb other guests.
Lost and found items are kept for 1 week and then disposed of.
Storage of large props or shooting items in the studio is charged as follows: first day free (up to 1 m³); subsequent days 500 CZK per day per m³.
